How to order

We offer an online ordering services for all of our account customer. Simply click the LOGIN Button on the top of the EASYORDER page enter your email address and password.

If you have not registered for a password please email sales@wbsdirect.com and request one we set up one for ASAP.

Delivery

We offer next day delivery free of charge to all of our Isle of Wight based customers. We can also deliver anywhere within the UK next day for a small charge. Please call to find out more telephone 01983 822229

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds can be made if the goods are still in their original pacakes within three days of purchase without any penalty. If you have faulty or damaged goods these can be exchanged or credited to your account. For all refunds & exchanges please call 01983 822229 or email sales@wbsdirect.com
